Green and blue and grey look too much alike in Ketrew GUI

This is then a bug in Bootstrap and/or the color profile of your monitor (I used to have an Apple annoyingly glossy screen that would make these kind of colors not very different, now I don't see a problem, blue and green are reasonably different).

I'd rather fix it downstream than file this against Bootstrap or Apple :)
