Add SQL capabilities to Ketrew

Ketrew speaks file-system and shell, it should also speak SQL.

Like we have ``Program.tfor sh programs, we could have SQL.t. Like we have asingle_fileproduct, we could have arecord` product.

Possibility for writing SQL in Ketrew (not necessary) https://github.com/mfp/ocaml-sqlexpr
