Should we use the [`-mstrict-align`](https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/AArch64-Options.html#index-mstrict-align) option?

I can reproduce the issue on Debian 11, aarch64.

A possible solution suggested in https://github.com/bitcoin-core/crc32c-subtree/pull/6.
