Thanks for the report. This is strange behavior. I will investigate.
📝 The problem is that `ContainerLocal` does not consider Lifetime and does not look for the parent scope. Perhaps LifeTime.Scoped/Lifetime.Transient should follow the parent, even when wrapped in ContainerLocal.
