Similar to [@stdlib/random/strided/beta](https://github.com/stdlib-js/stdlib/tree/develop/lib/node_modules/%40stdlib/random/strided/beta), it is only required to change `random` to `random/base/levy`, instead of `random/base/beta`, right ?
