Can you check the product states on Magento, if they are `disabled`, the products are imported as `active = False`.
You probably just have to sync the products again if you set them to 'enabled' meanwhile.
`updated_at` should be more recent than the last synchro date
Make sure to run `sudo pip install magento`
I can't help you with Python on Windows. My only advice is to get a GNU/Linux VM or server, nowadays it's easy to setup a virtualbox/vmware/docker with debian, ubuntu or...
