Matching partners is not an easy task. Partners with the same email are matched though. You can use the deduplicate tool afterwards. Matching products by the sku is something that...
I could not reproduce this issue. Are your products linked on both "Root category" and other categories on Magento?
Very interesting :) Do you use this module in production? Do you need a lot of "local customization" to make it run with a typical woocommerce shop?
