I would recommend just upgrading dependencies; it shouldn’t be too hard. Note, don’t use Rust 1.70+ (use 1.69 or older): https://github.com/near/nearcore/issues/9143

Alternatively, offer meta-transaction relayer for mainnet for some operations.

The main use-case - creation of a new named NEAR account on mainnet without going through on-ramp to create an implicit account first, and only then creating a named account.
