This should be fixed now, the fix will make it to next release (v1.6.1) hopefully soon.

I have honestly no idea. I don't think it will be possible to coassemble everything. You will possibly have to do individual assemblies, or group samples based on their origin...

Can you share the `PJ1/syslog` file with us?
