Figure out issue with dates not properly syncing when creating new tasks

Seriously, this is kind of irritating, but I don't know why the Habitica API stopped letting me do this. Ergh.

There is a minor bug here that sometimes checks todo tasks even when they are not due today. What's up with the strings? Do I need to pull cron times...

Update documentation to explain deleting tasks

Note: if you delete a task, you need to delete it on todoist--otherwise the program will just replace it happily on habitica

Changes made to todo tasks after creation of paired hab tasks are not syncing

This is pretty annoying. There should be a routine updating hab tasks with information from paired todos inside the big syncing for loop. I don't want to really do that...

Checked status not syncing between tasks

I've noticed that whether or not a task is checked or not is no longer syncing between my todoist and habitica.
