Changes made to todo tasks after creation of paired hab tasks are not syncing

This is pretty annoying. There should be a routine updating hab tasks with information from paired todos inside the big syncing for loop. I don't want to really do that unless there's some changed information, but I would like to figure out a time-effective way to keep priority and due dates synced properly if you change them in the todo.
