Not sure about lint fixing this. Easy to accidentally delete things. However, if both build.sh and build/script are present, conda build will fail. So it's a lint error.

Tests marked with `skip` in 689f503dbadc5630ec2cd73e3111e2900d90f1c5 are failing because no valid upstream urls are found. This seems to be related to the new Bioconductor release perhaps?
It just won't work. See https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/15588/files - pins in place when skip is there will not create binaries.
It's not in the Amazon cloud, so it'll be slower to upload/download. Ideally, we'd have more than one VM with the docker swarm distributing things for robustness. Not sure how...
