This can occur due to material expansion and a few other factors. If you want to reprint it, see if your slicer has a setting like XY size compensation (PrusaSlicer)...
I don't think this was made in Solidworks originally. Have you tried importing the [fully assembled STEP](https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/blob/f57d6a7a397340e60a9d6eaf3fcdcc6924a9b1f1/STEP/SO101/SO101%20Assembly.step) file? That should have all the parts arranged in relation to each other....

@pkooij I'm requesting to close the issue since its content is irrelevant to the repository.
The mini readme says these require the use of PLA+. If you aren't using PLA+ (light green. No mention of manufacturer) this is likely one reason you're getting weak parts....
