Building the Future of CPUs — Need Your Guidance

Hi again! Thanks a lot for offering to help anytime — I really appreciate it 🙏

I’ve been working on an idea for a new kind of CPU, something far beyond the binary system — a processor that can understand human language directly and work like a self-thinking, living digital brain. Basically, I want to create the next generation of CPUs, more powerful than quantum chips, but cheap enough that even common people can have them in their phones.

I’ve got a lot more ideas like this, but right now I only have a laptop with 4 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD (I recently added a 128 GB SSD). I don’t have the funds for better hardware, but I still want to keep learning and building.

Do you have any advice on how I can move forward or make progress with what I already have?
