Are you not able to set `head_length` to 0? https://docs.foxglove.dev/docs/visualization/message-schemas/arrow-primitive/ What is a "flat arrow"? Like only the head?

Is that a screenshot of the arrow you get from the ROS arrow marker or the ArrowPrimitive?

I believe the types package will need updating to allow for scopes to be included for bearer and api: https://github.com/stoplightio/types/blob/master/src/http-spec.ts#L205-L215

We'd welcome a PR for this and some testing showing it is working but don't have the capacity to get to this ourselves right now.
