Making `CreateBucketReqest` extend `BucketMetadata` so that the missing fields that are accepted by https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/json_api/v1/buckets/insert get carried over. I've left the custom fields alone as that would be a breaking change.

@danielduhh all tests are existing. Didn't make much sense to add unit tests to test each individual field is settable.

@scotthart do we have a '3.x staging' branch we can point this at?

Hi @SandZn unfortunately I do not think this is possible at this time. This library currently supports Node >= 12. `AbortController` [did not become stable in Node until `v15.4.0` ](https://nodejs.org/api/globals.html#class-abortcontroller)....

@SandZn I'm going to keep this issue open and just update the title a bit to reflect the desire. When we move minimum node versions we would certainly be happy...

@tushuhei yes there are still plans to move this library off of Node 14. cc: @thiyaguk09 who might be able to add more clarity as I no longer work directly...

Reopening because while this has been merged to the Node 18 branch it has not been released to the public.

Looks like Storage Intelligence is not enabled for the long-door-651 project. You will need to reach out to a member of the Cloud SDK Node team to get it enabled.
