That looks like a dos program. If so you might be better off trying dosbox or msdos player.
It works for me. This is probably https://github.com/otya128/winevdm/issues/226#issuecomment-1133510048 again. Try to make sure that there are no other programs running when you run the installer.
Try it with the current build and if it still shows problems we'll need some reliable way to reproduce it.
