dosemu handoff not working.

Describe the bug When attempting to run a DOS program through NtVdm64 via doubleclick with dosemu=DOSbox.exe (confirmed runs the same program fine with just drag & drop) crashes with: Screenshot 2022-04-06 030413

When attempting to drop onto otvdm*.exe or trace the program closes almost instantly with no error.

Expected behavior OTVDM calls DOSbox, which opens and runs the program.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 21H2
  • Version: 1586

Additional context catalog.exe happens to be the Epic Megagames catalog provided with Castle of the North Wind 1, but happens with other DOS programs too.
