Dr. Brain3: FullScreen/color issues

Environment:

• OS: [Windows 10 19044.1466]
• Version [version: 2261]

Issue I'm trying to run "The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain". When I run the SETUP.EXE program, it seems to run and shows the initial loading window, but then when it switches to full screen I just get an icon in my taskbar and cannot switch focus to it. See the attached drbrainsetup_trace.txt file.

I also tried to just run the DRBRAIN3.EXE file without installing it, but then I get an error window that states: "Dr. Brain 3 requires support for 256 colors". See trace here: drbrainexe_trace.txt
