Are you thinking of supporting multiple platform devices(HTC Focus, HTC VIVE... etc)? Currently, my suggestion to this issue will be adding your post processing effects to both eyes(Eye Right/Eye Left)...

We would like to know your environment settings. Do you have SteamVR plugin or Oculus plugin imported into your Unity project? What is your Unity version?
