@joelwass I can still reproduce- requires you to set `A new tab shows` to `Home page` (with a home page set)

@JaneSmith what is your DPI set to? You can right click the desktop and pick "Display Settings". That should show a screen that has a percentage for Scale and Layout....

@JaneSmith one last thing to try... if you change your DPI, please be sure to log out and log back in. If that fixes the issue then it's definitely DPI...

Root cause may be related to https://github.com/brave/browser-laptop/issues/3392 @stewartlord can you try disabling shields? or more specifically, set cookies to `Allow all cookies` and see what happens
