Block all fingerprinting will break Mapbox GL

Description

If Fingerprinting protection is "Block all fingerprinting", it will break Mapbox GL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open some website using Mapbox GL, such as my site using it. (https://iplookup.theel0ja.info/?host=1.1.1.1)
2. If not already set, change Fingerprinting protection to Block all fingerprinting

Actual result:

Map is blank.

Expected result:

Map would work.

Reproduces how often:

Always.
