Currently `brainreg-napari` saves data to disk, which then has to be loaded by the `brainreg-segment` plugin. Instead it should be possible to use `brainreg-segment` directly with already loaded and registered...
Now brainreg-segment is a plugin, it should leave the napari viewer alone, and things like disabling buttons should be removed.
They shouldn't hang around anywhere and be included in the analysis.
