You're documentation site says that it is for version `2018.10.1` is there no documentation for your newer versions???
On the corresponding pypi page(https://pypi.org/project/calour/#history you only have the older versions available. Is there a reasons why you stop putting new versions up there?
sort_abundance does not work with small values of data cluster_features also does not work with small/negative need to verify other functions
Is there are option to use ```pandas.dataframe``` as the second argument in ```calour.read_amplicon\qiime2``` functions instead of files path?
