The Media issue is a duplicate of #1910. I guess we can focus on the MultiBody case here.
Thanks for reporting. This is a regression of v4.0.0 and is addressed by #3990.
It's closed once the corresponding PR is merged. Otherwise the release notes scripts finds this one while the PR might still be open.
