Try turning the wifi off as a test. Run the file from a serial terminal.
A lot of circuitry is shared with x and x2, so it is most likely a driver problem if one works. Try swapping some drivers.

You may need a new copy of the WebUI. Did you see the release notes? https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC/releases/tag/v3.7.3 I am not sure that will solve your problem, but you should do that.
