Is the situation the same after rebooting? I have vSwitch and those apps enabled in my environment, so that probably has nothing to do with it.

Is it possible to connect directly to the PC communicating with iperf without going through a router? Could you please paste the iperf log here?
Iperf requires CPU power. So I suspect that the RT-AXE7800 did not have sufficient performance.
