Please rebase because there were changes regarding EVMC, not sure why not conflicts were detected.

@jwasinger if this is not clarified in https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-225 I suggest to create a PR improving the EIP.

Why not just drop aleth-interpreter and statically link evmone?

Any chance pulling aleth-interpreter out of this repo?
