Same issue here. Reverted back to docker image v3.1 and logging and CPU usage is back to normal.

@razvanMiu Can you please take a look why the tests are failing? You may have to change buildout.cfg în `api` to use your branches for `plone.app.discussion` and `plone.restapi`
