@MrRob100, yes, please do create an issue; we use those to coordinate changelogs, feature lists, and in particular to connect things together when there are PRs to multiple repositories/branches.

Thanks, @jdpro -- we're likely not to release any more OJS 2.x packages, and have essentially decided not to add new functionality to OJS 2.x, but as you note this...

@jdpro, if the OJS3 OFR plugin takes shape it may not be a straight-forward port from the OJS2 code -- it might be a bit of a redesign as well....

I think this might be compounded by bad data that wasn't migrated from `submission_settings` to `publication_settings`. I've followed up on the forum to confirm with the original reporter: https://forum.pkp.sfu.ca/t/cover-image-max-width-and-height/86955/8
