This should nowadays not be an issue at all anymore - please give things a try (if you can / still want to) using `-r dev`.
That pretty much sums it up for the moment 👍 Note that there were some thoughts to make this work at least for exomes, but Sarek covers much of this...
Couple of comments: - Testing Exome Kits works, but if there is no data hit you end up having a problem with Picards HSMetrics module that runs some R code...
That would allow us to merge the jointdiscovery workflow again within a single script, making the entire process less annoying ...

+1 for this. That would also make it possible for others to simply pull the image without having to build it themselves, e.g. in a cluster environment / using Singularity...

Yeah cannot really confirm this. I have run it on inputs as large as 75GB per file (PE mode) and it ran fine 🤷🏻
Like the idea! Also having the possibility to just "extend" a current report when new samples are arriving in a project is cool :-)
