Thanks, @hrshdhgd. I just tested it, and it's working well. However, the output has another issue with the `Mappings` added and removed sections. I'll create an issue for this.

OAK generated mapping sets should be SSSOM conformant

It would also be good to update the `sssom` and `sssom-schema` versions in the OAK dependencies. I'm getting incompatibility using poetry.
