Instructions for [installation with conda](https://github.com/CellProfiler/CellProfiler/wiki/Installation-of-CellProfiler-4-from-source-on-MacOS-M1#conda-installation) were just updated for `v4.2.5` and tested on M1. It should work now.

@nklick Changing command to `scikit-image==0.18.3` works on M1, but haven't tested it on M2. Could you try [installing](https://wheel.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user_guide.html#installing-wheels) 18.3 directly from [a wheel file](https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/d2/ab/0946a696f593f1a904550168e07ffc3a4f13f71afa7228e6eae4ce3a4ff5/scikit_image-0.18.3-cp38-cp38-manylinux_2_17_aarch64.manylinux2014_aarch64.whl)?

@nklick thanks for sharing the solution! From you posted, I assume that it could've been solved by installing `scikit-image==0.18.3` with conda instead of pip, because mamba is a drop-in replacement...

I think I faced the same issue. After reinstalling Outline and eventually restarting the server, my another container got updated and cleaned up :slightly_frowning_face: Would be great if Outline's watchtower...
