Growth of DL applications in bio accelerated recently, so it's hard to keep up. I was contributing before, but eventually stopped. As an alternative I can suggest this repository for the review that contains lots of relevant papers as issues. Label system is far from perfect, but I think you can find most of DL applications in that list.
