@sourcecodedeveloper what is your emulator model and OS version? I couldn't reproduce crash with [this image](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EkOCX20cD_JAHVa-HhKiu5d-B3b5Qucb/view?usp=sharing).
@sourcecodedeveloper expo-image deprecated `resizeMode` but not deleted yet and still taking into account. So replacing `resizeMode` with `contentFit` doesn't help fixing crash.
