@eecavanna those are derived files and shouldn't be included or else we end up with a bunch of merge conflicts.
I think the were accidentally added either here or with a previous PR

gold-to-mixs.sssom.tsv is a derived schema file from the make process so doesn't need to be included @turbomam to confirm.
Is this still a problem?
This is acceptable to me but needs coordination with code that generate biosample records @sujaypatil96 @pkalita-lbl @corilo we would also need a migrator for existing data FYI @eecavanna @brynnz22

When we remodel this we should include these slots which current don't have a home. We could put this on the individual WorkflowExecution subclasses but it would be redundant info...
