In fact, spec-0 is 3.12+ now: https://scientific-python.org/specs/spec-0000/ I would like to kindly encourage you to ensure that PyPOTS runs with 3.12 & 3.13 and also test that in your CI....
I see https://github.com/WenjieDu/PyPOTS/blob/main/.github/workflows/testing_ci.yml#L59 threw me off. I might find some time soon but only if you also allow me to replace black & flake8 with Ruff 😄

Wow! Just a clarification: Which SpatialData I meant https://github.com/scverse/spatialdata and not storing spatial data in AnnData which is possible depending on the assay but something that we're moving away from.

The whole CI is green again so I think we're good.
