404 errors with test data download

Hello!

When running the command to download test data

sh hadge/test_data/download_data.sh

I get a 404 Not Found error for a couple things that seem to be stored on Google docs. I cannot access the files from the browser either. I think this is hindering my ability to run the test so I know if the install worked properly. Would it be possible to restore access to those files?

I fixed a few links and it should be better now.
