Well, it depends on the config, because fixers are atomic and have single responsibility 🙂. And I am not even sure we have fixers for all you mentioned.

It was already mentioned [here](https://github.com/PHP-CS-Fixer/PHP-CS-Fixer/issues/2062#issuecomment-1399281180), but was never added to the backlog. I think it's a good idea to make it possible to skip interfaces.
