Implemented. Separate issues created to add [balance](https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-settings/issues/516) (alpha 2) and [per-app volume](https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-settings/issues/517) (future milestone)

The + should stay in the custom color selector. From [here](https://www.figma.com/file/142SZP1yG2d34SUdDvkaYV/COSMIC-Settings---Developer-Handoff?type=design&node-id=9112-1849&mode=design&t=7KLm9mmiMc0AhJOp-0). There is also a unique selected state similar to selected wallpapers.   

I can reproduce this by unplugging a second display while on the Displays settings page.

Implement without "Advanced Formatting" for MVP. Limitations with how Linux stores formats requires revisiting advanced formatting possible options.

This appears to be fixed.

This is working for me now. I'm copying/pasting to and from COSMIC Edit.
