Either use a timed limit for all external thumbnailers or a size limit for non-video thumbnailers.

For the initial release we'll open the "Extract to..." dialog when a supported archive is opened.

I can reproduce this with the Lutris flatpak.

This does appear to be fixed.

We'll be able to resolve this once popups-bound-by-window fix in libcosmic is implemented: https://github.com/pop-os/libcosmic/issues/258

It's difficult to tell from the video but it seems the screens were on top of each other after activating one. Perhaps a cosmic-randr bug.

This may have been fixed with https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-files/pull/958. Is anyone still experiencing this issue?
