[Feature Request] Settings needs to include a Bluetooth sections

As a user, I would like to:

  • Be able to manager Bluetooth devices from the setting's panel. Currently this is only possible with the task bar applet and many users may not know that.
  • Be able to launch to the Bluetooth section of the settings panel by typing Super+"bluetooth"
