@ineffectualproperty @shamatar are you still interested in maintaining this EIP? If so, I'd recommend pulling it out of the `Stagnant` status and continuing the standardization process.
None of the active editors are lawyers, so I don't think we're qualified to review privacy concerns. --- I don't think any of the listed EIPs have enough privacy concerns...

I haven't investigated at all, but perhaps upgrading to Ruby 3 and adding the `--jit` or `--yjit` options would help?
