That sensor reading comes from [LHM](https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.Releases#issues-and-hardware-compatibility) It must be fixed there. Probably a wrong sensor mapping.
What's your computer specs.

Redo a full calibration from the wrench icon.

Send the sensor options you got checked as a screenshot.
/lpc/nct6799d and /lpc/nct6796dr have changed identifiers without me noticing. They should still be there but with a different name, unconfigured.
Go back to your BIOS and apply any automatic curve/control in there to your headers.
