fan control not controlling gpu fans after restart

gpu fan curve in adrenalin resets after pc restart and fan control stops working for the gpu fans, only enabling or disabling zerorpm mode, i have to change to curve in adrenalin then hit refresh sensors detection in fan control to fix it every time

curve becomes this, all the points go to one spot and i have to move the points out to fix it

curve only breaks if i used fan curve to control gpu fans before restart

gpu: gigabyte 9070 xt

Likely samey issue ? for some reason fan control works for me even within 0-30% range but sometimes i need todo the relearn / reset run around
