Crash after Upload

Bug after last Update (V244)

during update : explorer.exe crash, all apps open crash / black screen

only ctrl + alt + suppr work but need restart --> press restart = Blue screen

restart failed : lockscreen reload loop

restart in safe mode : uninstall fan control and restart normal mode is OK
