After talking about the code, I wanted to get excited about GUI looking instead:  Though the start menu one while it does seemingly work, I have no idea where...

The option for Start Menu still default to shortcut creation on desktop for windows instead of Start Menu entry. Also it hardcrashes on something like `ØSTORY [体験版]` but works fine...
