The username is often exposed as the owner of the ltm. But the need to include the whole file path is still uncertain. I asked on Discord about this before:...

Tested this. It converts it to a list of inputs, which needs to be put inside a proper ltm.

An ltm is a .tar.gz archive. You can open it (with a tool like 7zip perhaps) and replace the inputs file, then compress it again.
