It should be fixed for all versions :/ I guess something went wrong. I'll reopen and look at it someday.
This looks like the same issue as #57 , it is a driver issue to my knowledge. I don't know what causes it.
I can't replicate that issue with the newest versions of NT and BC. But I've noticed an issue with the fog.

One thing I can say for sure is that it's a driver / hw issue. But no clue what it causing it.
In the Better Clouds settings, try disabling Frustum Culling.
Okay, I'll look at it more closely in the coming days.
I don't know how that would work. What counts as "indoors"?
