I can answer any outstanding proposal wording questions in a bit, really annoyed this didn’t come up in #539 though.
Can you propose a change to the proposal itself? It's unfair to expect an external contributor to answer to this.
I was more suggesting propose changes to the proposal in response to your comments yourself, probably the most productive :) again I can help respond in a bit.
Changing the generator in this way will be an absolute nightmare, so I strongly doubt this will happen.
A lot of work will have to go into getting windowing to run on MAUI, as I'm sure that's going to be a popular request and probably how we'll do...
No issues with reflection as .NET 6's mobile support will be salvaged from Xamarin (and MonoAOT ships everything so no issues with reflection there)

Will edit the issue text to just be that then seeing as everything SilkTouch is changing anyways.
Will only be adding this for .NET 6 as backporting to Xamarin would be a lot of maintenance burden.
